Mother and daughter found safe and well, police confirm
A MOTHER and her 22-month-old daughter have been found safe and well, police confirmed today.
An appeal was issued to trace 35-year-old Aasia Majeed, from Leeds, who had been reported missing on August 12.
In a statement issued today (August 22) West Yorkshire Police said: "Aasia Majeed, from Leeds, and her 22-month-old daughter, who were subject of missing person appeals, have both been found safe and well.
"Our thanks to everyone who assisted in sharing the appeals."
