A MAJOR Bradford road is closed after police were called to a concern for safety.
Manchester Road is shut and a large police cordon is in place, just by Odsal Fire Station.
An ambulance and ambulance responder were at the scene, but have now left.
Access is still available to motorists at the Odsal roundabout.
A marked police car and uniformed officers are at the scene.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson told the Telegraph & Argus: "At 11.10am today (Friday) police received a concern for safety report relating to a male on a bridge above Manchester Road, Bradford.
"Officers attended and found a male underneath the Odsal Top roundabout with injuries which appeared consistent with a fall.
"He was taken to hospital for further treatment.
"A road closure is currently in place and motorists are asked to avoid the area at this time."
