POLICE are appealing for witnesses and information following the theft of two high end cars on the same day from the Ribble Valley.
One of the vehicles, a Landrover Discovery, was driven off with its boot still open, say police.
The grey Landrover and a red Jaguar XF were both taken on Thursday, August 4.
The Jaguar was stolen, without its keys, from Ribblesdale Park, Gisburn, at around 11.15am.
The Landrover was stolen, again without its keys, from the the Wheatley Lane Road area of Barrowford around 4.30m on the same day.
A spokesperson for Colne and West Craven Police Ribble Valley Rural Task Force said: " This image is of the stolen Landrover Discovery, just prior to the theft taking place, showing the roof-box attached.
"In addition the boot was still open when it was driven off. Enquiries in relation to both of these thefts are ongoing however, if anyone has any information relating to the thefts or saw either vehicle leaving the areas at the time, particularly with the boot open in the case of the Landrover, then please get in touch via email to RVRTF@lancashire.police.uk or telephone 101."
