A MAN has appeared in court charged with causing damage at a Bradford train station.
Reece Campbell, 30, of Victoria Road, Lockwood, Huddersfield, faced one charge of criminal damage to property valued at under £5,000.
He caused criminal damage to property valued at under £5,000 at Forster Square Railway Station, Valley Road, Bradford, without lawful excuse, when he damaged the window belonging to Network Rail, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. This offence took place on June 2, 2022.
Campbell was given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £200 compensation and a £22 victim surcharge for the charge.
Campbell was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on August 3, 2022.
