Work which tackles the city’s health inequalities could be eligible for money from a new fund.
Under its Healthy Minds brand, Mind in Bradford is offering community grants to grassroots organisations across the district.
The fund will support projects which improve the physical health of those living with severe mental illness.
A spokesperson for Mind in Bradford said: “If you know of a grassroots organisation working within the Bradford and Craven area that has a great idea to improve the physical health of those living with a severe mental illness, please encourage them to consider putting together an application.
“We look forward to receiving your applications and tackling health inequalities together.”
The Severe Mental Illness and Physical Health Intervention Funding is part of the charity’s Community Mental Health Transformation Programme.
