Police are searching for a driver who abandoned their car after crashing into a building.
The incident took place at 5.12pm on Sunday (July 31) on Girlington Road, close to the junction with Thornton Road.
Fragments of the black Volkswagen Golf could be seen scattered across the pavement and floor.
The car’s rear lights were flashing on and off while the sides of the Golf were visibly damaged.
A large police presence remained at the scene for most of the evening.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "At 5.12pm yesterday (Sunday), police received a report of a collision in Girlington Road, Bradford, in which a driver had left the scene.
"Officers attended and found that another vehicle had also been damaged in the collision, which occurred close to the junction with Thornton Road.
"Enquiries at the scene suggested the driver of the Golf had gone towards the back of the Round Thorn pub."
