A free online training course is set to train up more adult mental health first aiders in Bradford.
The practical mental health awareness course will spread across four days this September between 10am and 2pm.
It is designed to give people a better understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing, practical skills on spotting triggers and signs of mental illness, boosted interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening and better knowledge on existing resources.
The service will be offered by the My Living Well initiative which works across Bradford district.
