A MAN has been fined for drunk and disorderly behaviour in a city street.
Abdul Aziz, 35, of Ellingham Court, Thornton, Bradford, faced one charge of being drunk and disorderly in a public place. This was contrary to section 91(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1967.
He was found guilty of the charge which took place in Thornton Road, Bradford, on April 24, 2022.
Aziz was fined £440, ordered to pay £110 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and ordered to pay a £44 victim surcharge for a total of £594 in fines and costs. A collection order was made by the court.
The case against Aziz was proved in his absence and he was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on July 7, 2022.
