A BRADFORD theatre group will return to Bradford Cathedral next week with its 13th Shakespeare production.
Actors Community Theatre (ACT) will bring Macbeth to the Cathedral on the evenings of Thursday, 21 and Friday, 22 July (starting at 7pm), and for an afternoon matinee on Saturday, 23 July at 2.45pm.
Jonathan Green, who leads the cast in the role of Macbeth, said: “I am excited to play Macbeth in one of Shakespeare’s most famous plays.”
Director Elizabeth Lancaster added: “ACT was established in 2003 and performs a Shakespeare play every summer at Bradford Cathedral.
“We’d very much like you to come along and see”.
People can book tickets at act-macbeth.eventbrite.co.uk, by calling the Cathedral Office on 01274 77 77 20 (Mon-Fri, 10am-3pm) or at the door, although they may be limited.
Tickets are £12 plus booking fee, or £9 for concessions (available to those of school age (up to Year 13), those over 65 and anyone on a low income).
