THE last episode of Bradford On Duty has finally found a place in the BBC's scheduling.
The hotly-anticipated fifth showing is due to air on BBC Two at 9pm on Tuesday, July 26.
The broadcaster's Wimbledon and UEFA Women's Euro coverage has disrupted the series in recent weeks.
Viewers last gained their Bradford On Duty fix when episode four was made available on the rescheduled date of Wednesday, July 6.
The finale will focus on how the NHS is trying to relieve pressure on hospitals by caring for patients in their own homes.
Community matrons Sandra and Julia tend to a patient in pain who has been waiting for a hospital appointment for over two years, after having it postponed during the pandemic.
It provides a stark reminder that there are currently six million patients on NHS waiting lists, an increase of 50 per cent since the beginning of 2020.
