A new mental health group is set to connect army veterans over a cup of tea, coffee and cake.

Age UK Bradford District’s Reconnecting Veterans project will take place on the second Tuesday of every month at the Alhambra Theatre.

Between 10.30am and 12pm, Open House is a drop-in group for veterans to have a chat with like minded individuals.

Refreshments – including scones and sandwiches – will be available at reasonable prices.

A spokesperson for Age UK Bradford district said: “Are you a #Veteran of the armed forces or know anyone who is? We are running a drop-in group at The Alhambra Theatre every month from now!”
