A BRADFORD man has appeared in court charged with being drunk and disorderly in a city centre pub.

Patrick Lokoh, 46, of Leeds Road, faced one charge of being drunk and disorderly in a public place.

This offence took place at Turls Green, Centenary Square, Bradford, on May 1, 2022. This charge was contrary to section 91(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1967.

Lokoh was handed a six-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and to pay a £21 victim surcharge.

A collection order was made by the court.

Lokoh pleaded guilty to the one charge of being drunk and disorderly in a public place charge and was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on June 29, 2022.
