A JUVENILE was arrested in a Bradford district town centre for defying their strict bail conditions.

Police spotted the individual - who was on bail following a charge in July - in Keighley on Sunday night.

The youngster was detained for court on Monday morning.

A spokesperson from the force in Keighley said: "Neighbourhood officers spotted a local juvenile in the town centre last night who had strict court bail conditions following a charge earlier this month.

"These conditions are put in place to protect the local community and prevent further offences.

"The juvenile was arrested and detained for court this morning where the magistrate will consider what the correct course of action will be.

"We will continue to enforce bail conditions robustly."
