THERE'S inconsiderate parking, and then there is really inconsiderate parking.
This motorhome was spotted on Tuesday evening parked on the Skipton High Street setts by Tim Forman, who tweeted: "In other news, is this parking illegal? On the pavement, over the pavement..?"
