A TEENAGER has been charged with causing the deaths of three people by dangerous driving following a crash on the M606 last month.
After the crash, which happened late on the evening of Monday, June 13, West Yorkshire Police said a 15-year-old boy had been arrested.
Sohail Ali, 28, and Simon McHugh, 49, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Kyden Leadbeater, 18, died in hospital on Tuesday, June 14.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has now been charged with three counts of causing death by dangerous driving; dangerous driving; robbery; theft of a motor vehicle and threatening with an offensive weapon in a public place.
The offences all occurred on June 13.
The teenager has been remanded in custody to appear at Bradford Magistrates Court on Monday, July 4.
