A MAN has been fined and slapped with points on his driving licence after speeding along the M62.
Ryan David Green, 32, of Clarence Street in Royton, Greater Manchester, appeared before Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court to face a charge of speeding.
According to court documents, the offence happened on December 6, 2020, between junctions 28 and 27 on the westbound stretch of the M62.
Green was caught doing 114mph by an automatic camera device, exceeding the 70mph speed limit.
He appeared in court on June 6 and was fined £308.
He was also ordered to pay costs of £110, plus a victim surcharge of £34.
Green’s driving record was also endorsed with six points.
The balance of £452 must be paid by July 4.
