A POWER cut has left 60 homes without electricity in the Bradford district this morning and it is not known when the lights will be back on.
Northern Powergrid revealed 60 buildings in the BD10 (Greengates/Idle) area have been hit with an unexpected outage.
It was first reported at 7.14am today.
Properties off Fourlands Road and Leeds Road (A657) are reported to have been impacted.
Normally Northern Powergrid gives an estimated time for when power is set to be restored.
But in this case, that is still unknown.
The utility company's website states: "We're currently reviewing how long it will take to get your power back on."
All the power cuts have been caused by unexpected problems with the electricity cables, or equipment, that serve the area.
The Northern Powergrid website states: "Our team are working hard to restore your power as quickly as possible."
