THESE photographs show a bike rider's "moment of madness" as he passed police on his back wheels.
Bradford police's Steerside Enforcement Team, which works to tackle the anti-social and criminal use of the district's roads, shared the images on Twitter.
They spotted the rider on a residential street in the Clayton area of the city.
He was issued with a Section 59 warning, which police can give to give drivers if they are reported to have used their vehicle in a manner that causes "alarm, distress or annoyance".
If reported to have done so again within a year, the vehicle can be confiscated.
A spokesperson for the team said: "This rider passed us on his back wheel, not the best idea on a residential street.
"To his credit he stopped as soon as he saw us and took full responsibility for his moment of madness.
"Reported for riding without due care and issued with an S59 warning."
