A BRADFORD man has been banned from driving after being clocked at 100mph on a motorway.
Nadeem Mahboob Hussain, 39, of Heaton Grove, appeared in court on one charge of speeding by exceeding a 70mph motorway limit, havign been caught on an automatic camera device.
He was in a Mercedes travelling at 100mph on the M60 clockwise between junctions 16 and 17 in Bury, Greater Manchester. This offence took place on July 19, 2021.
He was disqualified from obtaining, or holding, a driving licence for 12 months. The disqualification was deemed obligatory due to repeat offending.
He was fined £430 and ordered to pay £90 costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
Hussain pleaded guilty when he was sentenced at Greater Manchester Magistrates’ Court on May 20, 2022.
