A historic Bradford city pub which is closed is up for sale.
The Boy and Barrel in Westgate is a two-storey end of terrace site has ceased trading since it was refurbished in February 2020. It is now up for sale for offers in the region of £175,000.
The property includes living accommodation on its first floor, with three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, and a bathroom.
The pub includes a beer cellar and bottle store.
Audrey Coyne, a previous landlady of the pub, said in 2011 she had traced the pub back to the 1800s and had seen evidence to suggest it had been in existence as early as 1640.
In 2012 the pub featured in the controversial Channel 4 documentary Make Bradford British.
In July last year, the Boy and Barrel was one of eight Bradford pubs that formed part of a £222 million deal as community pubs giant Admiral Taverns took over 674 UK pub sites from its rival Hawthorn.
