A BRADFORD bakery has been told it needs to make urgent improvements in its hygiene standards.
Judi Bakery on Lumb Lane, Manningham, Bradford has been given a zero food hygiene rating by the Food Standards Agency this week after an inspection on May 3, 2022.
Judi bakery was given a rating of improvement necessary on hygienic food handling including preparation, cooking, re-heating, cooling, and storage.
In the management of food safety category, it was given urgent improvement necessary, but the bakery was given a generally satisfied in regards to the cleanliness of the building and facilities.
The establishment was given a one food hygiene rating in it's last inspection in July,2021
No representatives from Judi Bakery were available for comment today when contacted by the Telegraph & Argus.
