POLICE are investigating an arson at a derelict building in the city centre.
West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue (WYFRS) was called to reports of a fire in a building on Upper Park Gate, in the Little Germany area of Bradford, at 11.44pm last night.
Four crews from Bradford, Odsal and Shipley fire stations rushed to the scene.
The blaze was out and firefighters left the area at 12.36am this morning.
The building has been in a dilapidated state, with boarded windows and doors, and when the Telegraph & Argus visited this lunchtime it was charred.
There was also a police cordon in place at the scene.
West Yorkshire Police confirmed it is investigating reports of arson at the premises.
