ALL flights heading out of Leeds-Bradford Airport (LBA) so far today have been delayed.
There has been chaos at airports across the country as they continue to struggle with staff shortages, brought about as an after-effect of the pandemic.
People have reported queueing for hours to get through security at the likes of Manchester Airport and Heathrow Airport, and LBA has not escaped the mayhem in recent weeks.
The situation has only been exacerbated by schools in Leeds and Bradford being on half-term this week.
Every flight leaving West Yorkshire so far today has been delayed.
Here is a list of those departures:
- 6.45am - London Heathrow, flybe - Set off at 7.07am
- 7am - Palma, Jet2 - Set off at 7.46am
- 7am - Malaga, Jet2 - Set off at 7.33am
- 7am - Reus, Jet2 - Set off at 7.37am
- 7.05am - Bratislava, Ryanair - Set off at 7.43am
- 7.15am - Reus, Ryanair - Set off at 7.53am
- 7.25am - Naples, Jet2 - Set off at 7.57am
- 7.40am - Faro, Jet2 - Yet to set off
- 7.45am - Catania, Jet2 - Yet to set off
- 8.10am - Gdansk, Ryanair - Yet to set off
