A MOTORWAY has now re-opened following a crash involving a motorbike in West Yorkshire.
The accident, involving a motorbike, took place on the M1 southbound between junction 44 (Rothwell) and junction 42 (Lofthouse Interchange) near Leeds.
The section of the motorway was closed earlier this morning, but National Highways - Yorkshire tweeted it has now reopened.

Emergency services, including West Yorkshire Police, are at the scene.
