WALKERs were left disgusted after they happened upon an unemptied council bin in the Baildon area, which was overflowing with bags of dog waste.
The bin, which has now been emptied by Bradford Council, is located at the top of The Knoll, a historic area in Baildon.
It was filled to the brim with bags of waste, and people had left further bags on top.
A passer-by described the bin as ‘disgusting’ and was concerned about the lack of cleanliness in the area.
The bin was said to smell and reflected negatively on the historic site, which was once home to one of the Salts family members.
A spokesperson for Bradford City Council said: “Thank you for making us aware of this. The bin has now been emptied.”
