POLICE have issued an image of a man they want to identify in connection with a sexual assault on a teenage female at a play park in Bradford.
The offence took place between 5pm and 6pm after a man sat next to and then sexually assaulted the girl.
Bradford District Safeguarding would like to speak to anyone who recognises the man pictured as they continue to investigate the incident at a play park to the rear of Derby Road, off Leeds Road, on March 13.
He left the scene when challenged by other persons present.
The victim was unhurt but shaken by the incident.
Acting Detective Chief Inspector Julie Deacon said: “We have been conducting a number of enquiries into this reported offence and are now in a position to issue an image of a man who can help us with our enquiries.
“I would ask the man pictured or anyone who can identify him to contact the Bradford District Safeguarding Unit on 101 referencing crime number 13220160563.
“Information can also be given online at www.westyorkshire.police.uk/101livechat or anonymously to the independent Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.”
