A BRADFORD man has been fined £660 and handed six points for failing to comply with police.
Usman Khan, 45, of Mornington Villas, was found guilty of not complying with a police request on April 27 at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court.
The court record was made available on May 20.
Khan was found guilty by Single Justice Procedure.
The offence was in relation to a request made in Great Manchester by, or on behalf of, the Chief Officer of Police for Great Manchester.
The request was for information from Khan relating to the identification of the driver of a black Volkswagen Tiguan, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
Khan was given six points on his driving licence and a £660 fine.
