This will be the view from the roof terrace of the One City Park development once it is completed.
The company behind the office development has this week launched a website promoting One City Park to potential tenants, officially beginning the marketing campaign for the Grade A office space.
The website claims Bradford is “one of the most compelling places to do business in the UK.”
It shows the floor plans for the five-storey building, and how floors can be occupied by one business or divided for multiple smaller office spaces.
Work on the Grade A office development began earlier this month, when sections of City Park closed off to the public.
The building is expected to be completed next year.
When completed it will be the first Grade A office scheme delivered in Bradford city centre for two decades.
450 jobs will be based in the building once it is fully occupied, and around 300 temporary construction jobs are being created.
The most recent public estimate for the cost of the scheme is £35m, with some of the money coming from the Government's Getting Building Fund.
Ever since it was first announced One City Park has divided opinion.
Bradford Council has argued that the city is in desperate need of Grade A office space – with existing vacant office space not being attractive enough to major businesses.
The authority says the site of the former Tyrls Police Station is ideal for such a development.
But critics have questioned whether such a large investment in office space was wise at a time many businesses were downsizing.
The website says: “One City Park is a state-of-the-art building providing 56,403 sq ft of Grade A office space, raising Bradford’s profile as a destination city.
“The striking steel and glass structure is set to attract burgeoning local business as well as national and international names.”
The website reveals that the office will have a large indoor cycle parking area, and “cycle spa” including lockers and showers.
Simon Dew, development director at the company behind the scheme, Muse, said: “There’s been real interest and anticipation building over recent months and we know there’s demand from businesses looking to relocate or expand in the city centre.
“The green shoots of recovery are visible all across Bradford, including the district making the shortlist for UK City of Culture 2025, successful collaborations with businesses and a commitment to the levelling up agenda.”
The site is now live at https://onecitypark.com/
