A THREE-bedroom house in Bradford which used to be a barber shop with a £50,000 guide price has been sold at auction.
The end-terrace house on Paley Road, East Bowling, was sold at an online auction by West Yorkshire Auction House on May 11 for £86,000.
The site features a ground floor shop space, which used to be Ejaz Hair Salon. The business has since moved elsewhere on Paley Road.
The website says: "This mixed-use property compromises of a shop and kitchen to the ground floor with a living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floors.
“This is now in need of refurbishment and sure to appeal to any investors or developers looking to rent out or possibly convert to residential (subject to the necessary consents being obtained).”
