A 28-YEAR-OLD man has been accused of assault and damaging and trying to destroy beer pumps and drip trays at a pub.
Hayden Kee, 28, of Stone Hall Road in the Eccleshill area of Bradford, has been charged with two offences and is set to appear at Kirklees Magistrates' Court for trial tomorrow.
The alleged offences are: assault by beating and criminal damage to property under £5,000.
Kee is alleged to have attacked a man in The Shoulder of Mutton pub, in the Shelf area.
He also is alleged to have damaged drip trays and beer pumps worth £100 in the pub, with the intention of destroying them.
Kee pleaded not guilty to the offences on January 7, at Bradford And Keighley Magistrates Court.
