PEOPLE are being asked to help shape mental health services in the district.
Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership is asking those with experience of mental ill-health, as well as people working in primary care networks and community mental health services within the areas of Manningham, Heaton, Girlington, West Bowling, Great Horton and Laisterdyke, to participate in two workshops.
They will take place on Thursday, May 19 from 2pm to 4.30pm at Carlisle Business Centre, on Carlisle Road, Manningham and Wednesday, May 25 from 2pm to 4.30pm at Girlington Community Centre, on Girlington Road, Girlington.
Therese Patten, Chief Executive for Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust and Chair for the Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership Board for Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity, said: “We are keen to involve people with lived experience, as well as those delivering services, to have their say on mental health services, so we can understand how we can plan our future services based on what we hear from local people.”
Those interested in attending the workshops must book a place by emailing louise.atherton@bdct.nhs.uk
If you’re unable to attend the workshops, you can still send your feedback to the above email address.
