A BRADFORD man has been banned for three years after drink driving on a major road.
Jakub Jozefowicz, 32, of Park Avenue, Thackley, appeared before Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on May 4 to be sentenced
He was charged with driving a motor vehicle above the limit for alcohol.
According to court documents, he had 58 micrograms of alcohol in his breath. The legal limit is 35.
Jozefowicz was caught on the Stanningley Bypass on April 7 this year.
After pleading guilty to the offence, he was banned from driving for three years.
Jozefowicz was also fined £600, ordered to pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £60 victim surcharge.
The balance of £745 will be paid at £100 per month, beginning on June 1.
