POLICE have issued CCTV images of two men they wish to identify in connection with a West Yorkshire burglary - where a number of items of jewellery were stolen.
The incident occurred between 2.20 and 2.40pm on Thursday May 5 at a residential property on Binns Lane, Holmfirth.
Suspects entered the property by forcing open a rear window and searched the property before being disturbed by the homeowners who returned a short time later.
The suspects fled the scene on foot, and it is believed they took a number of items of jewellery.
One suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5ft10, medium build, believed to be in his twenties wearing a black jumper with white writing and a black baseball cap.
The second suspect is described white male, also of medium build and a similar height and age, wearing dark clothing.
Detective Constable Christopher Eglen, of Huddersfield District Crime Team, said: “Enquiries remain ongoing to identify those responsible and we are appealing to anyone who may recognise the suspects pictured below.
“In particular, we are also appealing to the local residents around Greenfield Road, Park Head Lane and Greenfield Road area to check their CCTV cameras to see if they have any footage of the suspects in the area shortly before or after the time stated above.
