Bradford Sunday Alliance League champions Silsden's elimination from the FA Sunday Cup last week now leaves the West Riding Sunday Cup as local clubs' main trophy focus.

The quarter-finals take place on Sunday, weather permitting, and the Sunday Alliance is well represented with four teams involved.

At least one will go through to the last four as Silsden were drawn at home to fellow Premier Division outfit West Bowling, who are having their best-ever run in the competition.

The winners will face either league rivals Albion Sports or Tadcaster-based FC Boston, who knocked out Queensbury in a previous round.

Buttershaw White Star visit Towngate and if successful will play the winners of the Thornhill Lees v Old Unicorn tie.

There is also internal cup action as defending champions White Eagles host Beldon Sports in the Kitz n' Pieces Intermediate Cup fourth round.

In the Premier Division, leaders Bradford Park Avenue Rangers face rock-bottom Queensbury.

So third-placed Oakenshaw will need maximum points against Ventus Sports, who are fifth, to maintain their title challenge and take advantage of second-placed Albion's cup exploits.

Only five points separate the top six clubs in Division One and the outstanding match is at Newhall Park School, where Dudley Hill Rangers take on Eastward.

Dudley Hill, who are up to sixth, have emerged as serious title contenders with their recent good run but Eastward are also still in the mix in fifth spot, although they have fewer games remaining.

Top match in Division 1A is at Apperley Bridge as Seven Stars entertain second-placed Otley Road, who will be overtaken if they lose.
