A MAN has been banned after driving without due care and attention on a Bradford district road.
Mohammad Mukadersh, 26, of Lapage Street, appeared in court on a charge of driving a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road/in a public place without due care and attention.
The incident took place on Sir Fred Hoyle Way, Bingley, on January 14, 2021.
He was disqualified from holding, or obtaining, a driving licence for 22 months. A driving ban was deemed to be obligatory due to repeat offending.
His driving record was endorsed with eight penalty points.
Mukadersh was also fined £210 and ordered to pay £110 costs and a £34 victim surcharge for the charge.
He pleaded guilty when he was sentenced at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on April 19, 2022.
