BRADFORD has been ranked among the top 10 UK cities for eco-friendly shopping, according to a study.
Sustainable retailer, Ecovibe, has revealed the cities with the most sustainable shopping options.
With a database of eco shops across the nation, Ecovibe found Bradford 10th with six eco-friendly stores, selling refills to homewares and personal care.
London was ranked as the best for eco-friendly shopping with 75 stores. Manchester was second with 26 and Liverpool third with 12.
Brighton and Hove is fourth with nine while Leeds, with nine shops, made up the list’s top five.
Jos Battle, CEO of Ecovibe, said: “While the high street has seen a decline in recent years, it’s great to see that eco-friendly shops are not only remaining, but thriving across our cities.”
