A bus service in Bingley could provide a vital link to hospitals in the area.
Residents are being consulted on a proposal for the 619 Bradford to Bingley First service to link up with Bradford Royal Infirmary and Bingley Hospital.
People are urged to air views on a route which will incorporate Duckworth Lane and Heights Lane instead of Toller Lane.
The service is being reviewed because of low passenger numbers.
A First spokesman said: "The lack of a link between Bingley and the BRI has recently been highlighted and First is keen to explore every opportunity to provide a service that would benefit customers, particularly those with mobility problems, who rely on buses to get important medical treatment."
