A BRADFORD woman has appeared in court charged with driving while disqualified.
Sabeela Bibi, 32, of Sahara Court, was disqualified from holding, or obtaining, a driving licence for eight months after being convicted of a driving while disqualified charge.
She drove a motor vehicle on North Avenue, Bradford, while disqualified from holding, or obtaining, a driving licence on December 24, 2021.
Bibi, who pleaded guilty, was also given a community order and ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs for the offence.
The community order also covered a charge Bibi faced of driving a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road/in a public place without due care and attention. This also took place on North Avenue, Bradford, on December 24, 2021.
Bibi’s community order also covered her being re-sentenced for an original offence of stealing clothing, worth £285, from Next at The Broadway, Bradford, on December 17, 2021.
She was also re-sentenced for stealing clothing, worth £293, from Next at The Broadway, Bradford, on December 19, 2021. She was also re-sentenced for stealing clothing, worth £33, from Next at The Broadway, Bradford, on December 21, 2021.
Bibi was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on April 13, 2022.
