A BRADFORD man has been fined and given three points on his licence for driving with heavily tinted windows.
Shujahat Ashfaq, 27, of Beech Grove, Undercliffe, was charged with using a motor vehicle/trailer in a condition likely to cause danger of injury on Thornton Road at the junction with Tetley Street on October 19, 2020.
Court documents stated that he used the vehicle when the condition of the heavily tinted front windows was such that its use involved a danger of injury to a person.
He pleaded guilty in Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court on April 14 and his guilty plea was taken into account when imposing the sentence.
He was fined £116, ordered to pay costs of £110 and his driving record was endorsed with three points.
