Motorbike rider dies following crash
A MOTORBIKE rider has been killed in a crash on Saturday afternoon, West Yorkshire Police has confirmed.
Emergency services including police, paramedics and the air ambulance were called to the scene on Haworth Road, Wilsden, at around 4.50pm.
A police spokesperson said the crash involved a motorbike and a van and confirmed the male bike rider sadly passed away.
The road was closed for some time while emergency services worked at the scene.
Update: West Yorkshire Police has now issued an appeal for witnesses.
