A BRADFORD man has been fined more than £200 and handed three points on his licence for speeding over 30mph.
Jamie Kitching, 32, of Harrogate Road in the Eccleshill area, was found guilty of exceeding 30mph on a restricted road at Preston Magistrates' Court last Thursday (April 14).
Kitching did not appear in court but was proved guilty via Single Justice Procedure.
The 32-year-old was caught going above the speed limit on Warren Drive (B5258), near Thornton-Cleveleys in Lancashire, in a white Citroen Berlingo.
Court records do not show what speed Kitching was doing.
The court issued Kitching with three penalty points on his driving licence and ordered him to pay £344 in total.
This includes a £220 fine, £34 surcharge to fund victim services and £90 in costs.
The balance must be paid by May 12 this year.
