BRADFORD City are mourning the passing of former goalkeeper Bernard Fisher, who has died at the age of 88.
Fisher played for the Bantams between 1963 and 1965, and was an ever-present in his first season at Valley Parade, as City finished fifth in Division Four, just a year after having to be re-elected to the Football League after coming 23rd.
He ended up playing 60 league games for the Bantams, having previously made nearly 150 appearances for Hull City.
Fisher, who was from York, hung up his gloves after leaving the Bantams, later living in Dorset.
