AN 89TH-minute equaliser meant 10-man Bradford City had to make do with a share of the spoils today.
Jamie Walker gave the Bantams a first half lead and City were reduced to 10 men in the opening period when Elliot Watt was given a second yellow card.
City looked like they would seal the victory over Tranmere Rovers at Valley Parade, but the visitors levelled a minute before the end of normal time through Callum McManaman.
Mark Hughes’ side will be back in action on Easter Monday when they travel to Essex to face Colchester United in League Two.
Here are a few views from City fans on social media after their side’s 1-1 draw with Tranmere Rovers:

Not been able to perform for over 90 minutes in a long time but that was pretty close!

Plenty of positives there. See what Hughes brings in, in the Summer providing he's backed by the club.#BCAFC
We looked comfortable and assured in possession and looked solid, compact and disciplined out of possession. Had the ref not ruined the game i think we would have pushed on and scored more #bcafc

I thought we battled really well today and played well with 10 men, the only disappointing things for me was the distribution into the box, and trying to attack their defenders in the 88th minute rather than keeping hold of the ball. Well done City though@officialbantams #bcafc

To a man, everyone was brilliant today. Had Lee Angol burried that, it would have been exactly what we deserved. Walker and Gilly in midfield was inspired #bcafc

Every single one of those players were absolutely superb today. So unlucky not to get the win. #bcafc

Great atmosphere, great performance. Forget the result it’s just nice to see some effort and endeavour with some sort of plan. Thought we’d won it at the end with Angol. Mark Hughes’ Bradford Army #bcafc
