A BRADFORD woman has appeared in court charged with assault and theft from a city supermarket.
Katie Cross, 33, of Sutton Crescent, was given a 24-month conditional discharge for three offences.
In the first charge, assault by beating, she was convicted of assaulting a woman at Morrisons, Mayo Avenue, Bradford, on November 30, 2020.
In the second charge, theft from a shop, she stole a variety of chocolates, worth £51.60, from Morrisons, Mayo Avenue, Bradford, on November 30, 2020. She was also ordered to pay £51.60 compensation, £85 costs and a £22 victim surcharge for this offence.
In the third offence, detainee/person charged fail/refuse to provide a sample for class 'A' drug test, at Trafalgar House, Nelson Street, Bradford, on November 30, 2020.
She pleaded guilty all charges and was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on March 25, 2022.
