A disabled parking area could be replaced by two extra spaces in an adjoining car park.
Several spaces will be lost due to building work on the car park next to Town Hall Square, Keighle, so two new bays could be provided in nearby Cooke Street.
The site is to be used for a new electrical substation to power the adjoining town hall.
Keighley Area Committee will be asked to approve the plan in principle next Thurs-day. There would then be four disabled places outside the Abbey bank, and four adjoining 30-minute parking spaces for use by anyone.
