A BRADFORD woman has appeared in court charged with a spate of shop thefts including stealing £200 worth of e-cigarettes from a petrol station.
Anna Rafaelova, 44, C/O Midland Hotel, Cheapside, was handed a community order for a number of theft from a shop offences.
In the first charge, she was also ordered to pay £200 compensation for stealing assorted e-cigarettes, worth a total of £200, from Petrol Filling Station, Listerhills Road, Bradford, on October 5, 2021. Rafaelova pleaded guilty to this charge.
She was also re-sentenced for a number of previous offences under the community order.
These charges included stealing a white short sleeve top, worth £5.99, from H&M, The Broadway, Hall Ings, Bradford, on May 5, 2021.
She was also re-sentenced for stealing five boxes of Rennies tablets, worth a total of £12.50, from Rimmingtons Pharmacy, Bridge Street, Bradford, on May 13, 2021.
She was also re-sentenced for another offence; at Bradford, on June 14, 2021, failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Bradford Police Station, having been released on bail.
Rafaelova was sentenced for all charges at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on March 28, 2022. She was handed a rehabilitation activity requirement for these offences.
