Proposals are being made to crack down on street drinking in Yeadon and Otley.
Crime figures are being examined by police and Leeds City Council to decide how alcohol-related nuisance can be tackled in the town centres.
Designated Public Place Orders would give police extra powers to confiscate alcohol.
