BRADFORD's Covid-19 testing centre is being dismantled.
The tent, which has been a permanent fixture in City Park since 2020, closed over the weekend.

In that time, nearly 50,000 PCR tests have been carried out, and the site was seen as a key tool in Bradford's fight against Covid-19.
Other testing sites will remain open until the end of the month, with the last day of testing on March 30:
- Victoria Hall, Hard Ings Road, Keighley
- Shipley Pool (car park) St. Paul’s Road, Shipley
- Flockton Road car park, Bradford, BD4 7RH
- Burnett Street car park, Bradford, BD1 5BJ
The closure of the centre means space is now freed up for events to take place in Centenary Square over spring and summer.
"With City Park and Centenary Square sitting in the heart of the city and the district it’s great to have full access to this space," said councillor Sarah Ferriby, Bradford Council’s Executive Member for Healthy People and Places.
