A man is to appear at Bradford Crown Court charged with 25 offences under the Trade Marks Act including the sale of shirts from top football clubs and Adidas and Nike sportswear.
Sajid Hussain, 44, of Mill Race Lane, Laisterdyke, Bradford, was sent for trial by Bradford and Keighley magistrates on unconditional bail.
He is due to appear at Bradford Crown Court on April 12 to face allegations brought by West Yorkshire Trading Standards, dating from 2015 to January, 2020.
The charges state that Hussain sold goods bearing, or the packaging of which bore, a sign identical to, or likely to be mistaken for, a registered trade mark.
Items listed in the allegations include Adidas football tops and shorts and Arsenal FC, Manchester United, Manchester City FC and Liverpool Football Club clothing.
Hussain is also accused of selling 32 items of sports clothing, bearing, or the packaging of which bore, a sign identical to, or likely to be mistaken for, New Balance and Flying 5 point NB.
