Police are appealing for witnesses following a horrific crash which left three teenagers in hospital.
A 19-year-old and a 17-year-old were left with serious injuries and an 18-year-old with minor injuries when their vehicles collided in Saltaire yesterday.
The seriously injured passengers were travelling in a silver Vauxhall Astra when they were in collision with a Volvo goods vehicle near Shipley fire station in Saltaire Road, at its junction with Exhibition Road at 1.50pm.
One of the teenagers had to be cut from the twisted wreckage of the car by fire-fighters.
They were all taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary.
Police cordoned off the area, causing traffic chaos during the evening rush hour, and the roads were re-opened at 7pm.
Witnesses should call PC Philip Day, of Keighley Road Policing Unit, on (01535) 617047 or 0845 606060.
